Conflict can be understood as the motor of change, that which keeps relationships and social structures honest, alive, and dynamically responsive to human needs, aspirations, and growth.
— John Paul Lederach, "The Little Book of Conflict Transformation"

Are you longing for a way to ease strained relationships between members of your workplace or faith community?

Have your neighbors fallen into the cycle of passive-aggressive posts on Nextdoor?

Maybe you’re frustrated with a friend and wishing they would hear you out without judgement or interruptions.

Whatever the conflict you are experiencing, RCPVT would love to help. Our team of trained facilitators is ready to speak with you and hear your feelings and needs around any conflict you are troubled by. If you are interested in a conflict resolution process, such as a circle or other facilitated conversation, you will be invited to guide the course of action every step of the way. We will contribute in any ways you request, but will not take the process out of your hands.
