Restorative Community Practice of Vermont

Are you in a conflict?

Maybe you’re longing to be heard, fearing the loss of valued relationships, or seeking connection.

Or maybe you’re seeing division in your communities, an unrest brought out by the hardships of the last few years. Do you, like so many others, mourn the loss of respectful dialogue among your neighbors?

Whether your concerns stem from personal conflict, loss of safety, love and fear for your communities, a general desire to restore relationships, or some combination, we at RCPVermont are here to support you and provide the resources you need to make a difference.

Reach out to us. We’d love to listen.

We Offer…

Free Conflict Resolution Services

If you are experiencing a conflict, we are here to listen and help. Our facilitators are experienced in restorative circle facilitation, both for community-building and for conflict resolution. We would be happy to speak with you about your specific circumstances and needs, then create a plan together to move forward constructively.

Restorative Programming

From training intensives to circle series to community-building events, our programming seeks to meet the needs of communities locally, nationally, and world-wide. Some programs are region-specific, while others are open to anyone, anywhere. Everyone is welcome to request trainings, circles, and more.

Impact Circles

As topics of concern arise in communities across the world, we want to create spaces for connection. At our impact circles, we invite anyone interested in the circle topic to come together in dialogue. Bring your open minds, open hearts, and open ears!

We can’t wait to connect!
